Detailed Narrative Description of Project:   Project involved working together with the Government Task Force for the creation of the Institute of Directors and the Corporate Governance Needs Report.   The project also involved the preparation of a Corporate and Business Plan, Financial Feasibility, drafting of the Constitution of the Institute, drafting of Rules for the Institute, undertaking stakeholder consultations and preparation of the report, organizing the incorporation of the Institute of Directors and the appointment of the Institute’s inaugural officers.
