Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
To assist in the establishment of a fully operational and sustainable Institute of Directors including professional development and accreditation programmes. This also includes best practice guidelines for Boards, SOE Board structures and remuneration arrangements, mandate and reporting requirements accreditation, code of ethics and good conduct. The provision of policy advice on the above.
To assist in building SOEMD capacity, core staff competencies and develop an implement a capacity development plan.
Responsible for the development of a computer database through Computer Services Ltd (CSL) a local ISP.
