Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
The project was part of the technical and
financial feasibility study on the proposed sewerage treatment plant
required by the KFW (Germany). The funding of the project was to be
met by Germany, New Zealand and the Saudi Development Fund. The
critical issues in the funding of the project was the commitment by
the Western Samoan Government for cost recovery and the technical
design of the plant. |
