Project was lead by Ms Melei and duties included development of
survey instrument, compilation of survey team, data process and
analysis and report writing.

Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
This project was a sub-contract to Virtual Consulting Group (Australia)
who was the principal consultant for the overall project. It involved
conduct of a community survey of selected villages in the designated Apia
Urban Area for several purposes. Initial consultations with different
stakeholders of the project by the VCG community consultations specialists
provided initial findings and the survey was primarily to gather
quantitative results to verify the initial findings. The survey was
undertaken by a survey team put together by KVA Consult, data processing
and analysis were all done on SPSS internally as well as the report
writing. |
