Examine the process of design and implementation of
the Division of Environment Project and assess the
extent to which the project has achieved its original
goals and objectives
Assess the DEC project’s development impact on the
Division and the Samoan national environment and
conservation effort
Assess and recommend if necessary, possible future
directions for support to DEC.
