Detailed Narrative Description of Project:   To conduct preparatory surveys and complete preparation reports and recommendations to the client for approval of identified projects under the Grassroots Human Security Grant Aid Programme.
Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by your Company:   Consultations and negotiations with relevant school committees and applicants’ representatives. Conduct site visits, preparation of site maps, background information (project and financial), engineering and structural reports. Sourcing of support letters from Ministry of Education. Prepare costings for construction and procurement Analysis and review of costing against budgets Assist in preparing the formal application of behalf of applicants Submission of final report and recommendations to client.
