Detailed
Narrative Description of Project:
The
NZAID Private Sector Support Allocation (PSSA) was an initiative of the New
Zealand Government to support the development of the private sector in Samoa
which began in the mid nineteen nineties. The Samoan Government through the
Department of Trade, Commerce and Industry administers this project together
with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the New Zealand High Commission.
The PSSA mainly provides assistance in the areas of marketing, technical
support and capacity building for private sector.

Description of Actual Services provided by your Company:
KVA Consult Ltd undertook
the fully study to review the NZAID PSSA and provided advice on the future
direction of the scheme, how is should be modified or changed according to
the comments provided from the consultations and how the administration
could be streamlined. |
