Detailed Narrative Description of Project:   RIF II follows on from two earlier reviews undertaken, the most recent of which was undertaken in the latter part of 2006 for the development of a Regional Institutional Framework. The project considers the amalgamation of operational management of regional agencies.
Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by your Company:   To assist in the examination of issues raised by the proposed amalgamation of existing regional agencies and to undertake a cost-benefit analysis and assess the financial implications.   To review cost structures of regional agencies, review programmes, budgets, corporate and strategic plans. To consider cost savings, efficiencies, service delivery and so forth.   To undertake consultations with all relevant stakeholders.
