Detailed Narrative Description of Project:   Undertake a forensic audit of the National Health Services in Samoa focusing on medical supplies and assess where it does not meet Government of Samoa legislative and probity of the procurement compliance.   Prepare a medical supplies procurement plan.
Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by your Company:   Review relevant legislations, regulations and procurement policies and procedures for the National Health Services; Assist in developing the scope of audit activities; Development of audit plan for forensic audit for procurement processes for medical supplies; Undertake forensic audit; Prepare a report on findings and recommendations; Prepare a procurement plan in accordance with Government of Samoa legislation and regulations.
