The Co-Managing Directors and Principal Consultants of KVAConsult Ltd are Kolone Vaai and Epa Tuioti former Financial Secretaries for the Government of Samoa (1984-1999). Naomi Tuioti, Enterprise, Banking and Finance expert is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the management of the company and its team of consultants and professional staff.

Core to the management team is Rachel Vaai with her dual roles as Senior Research Officer (Project Management) and CEO of Pacific Venture Capital Managers (PVCM) the enterprise planning and private sector management arm and subsidiary of KVAConsult. KVAConsult is a privately owned Pacific consultancy firm incorporated in Samoa and owned by Alexar Corporation Ltd and Mariner Samoa Ltd.

• We are currently working with the Samoa Volunteers Corp (SVC) to facilitate the placement of Samoans and friends of Samoa, as Volunteers to complement the capacity building work of existing NGOs in Samoa and to provide an enriching experience for the volunteer.
