Established in 2004 to manage the Samoa Venture Capital Fund, Pacific Venture Capital Managers (PVCM) Limited is the enterprise planning and private sector management arm and subsidiary of KVAConsult Ltd. PVCM understands the challenges facing SMEs in the Pacific, where it has the business experience, professional expertise and financing networks to provide the right advice that SMEs need to grow or expand their business. The structure of PVCM has been designed to enable optimal performance for return on investments.
