Detailed Narrative
Description of Project:
Evaluation and structuring of institutional and financial
arrangements for Government of Samoa to develop and manage an industrial estate. The study
was envisaged as a basis for a possible package of assistance (technical assistance grant
and soft-term-loan) from ADB. The findings of the study led to the Government of Samoa and
ADB deferring a decision to establish an industrial centre at Vaitele. |
