Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
· Examine the current
composition of the projects and activities (including sector,
value, location and the extent of gender integration) within the
NZODA bilateral programme with Samoa over the last ten years
(1988/89 to 1998/99) in relation to Samoa’s developmental
priorities, and NZODA’s guiding principles
· Identify and assess
options for developing the programme in the medium to long term
to better meet Samoa’s developmental priorities, and NZODA’s
guiding principles
· Review the processes
and mechanisms for planning, delivering, monitoring and
reviewing projects and activities in the NZODA programme, and
make recommendations to improve these
· Review the
communication and reporting arrangements (between MSC’s, the
DPM, Samoan Government and the NZHC) for managing the NZODA
programme in Samoa, and make recommendations to improve these
