· Review the process
adopted for the Public Service reclassification exercise in the
light of the proposed public sector reforms
· Determine equity in
the implementation of the reclassification exercise,
particularly in the phasing and timing of the reviews undertaken
by the Public Service Commission staff
· Recommend to Cabinet
measures to implement to ensure equitable implementation of the
future reclassification exercises
