  • identified key harmonisation issues from the perspective of Pacific Island governments and other stakeholders

  • assisted in identifying and in developing strategies to promote effective donor harmonisation

  • together with Team Leader, undertook consultation with senior officials of the Government of Samoa and other Stakeholders

  • contributed to the presentation of draft harmonisation proposals to AusAid and MFAT  officials

  • contributed to the preparation of the final report

  • participated in meetings with joint Australian and New Zealand Steering Committee for project to review project scope and agree on methodology

  • assisted in identifying harmonisation issues from the perspective of Pacific Island Governments

  • assisted in development of strategies to improve donor coordination

  • was member of the team that carried out consultations with the Vanuatu Government

  • assisted with the finalisation of the project report
