To assess the existing facilities and services of the Health Sector to identify the areas that need assistance for further development and upgrading.

Conduct a Literature Review

Liaise with JICA on the parameters of the Study

Conduct community consultations with key government departmental heads, public and private sectors reps, NGOs, schools, other community organizations, and key stakeholders to get their views and comments

Plan, implement and analyse findings from a sample survey

Write and compile draft and final report for the study
