Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
Review of the two year MAFF/ISP ten (10) months after
implementation commenced in February 2001
The objectives of the review were to
- assess the performance of the ISP after 10 months and
identify areas for improving future performance
- make recommendations on milestones and resourcing for the
remainder of the current contract so as to best meet the needs
of the ISP stakeholders
- make recommendations for the future of the ISP

Detailed Description of Actual Services provided
by your Company:
- Review with the Team Leader relevant documentation including
Project Design document, Annual Plan, Quarterly reports, End of
mission reports and milestone reports.
- Met with various ISP Stakeholders to obtain with Team leader
views on ISP performance.
- Assessed the sustainability of change management with MAFFM
and made suggestions on changes to revise project design and
outputs.
- Prepared with Team leader a report on the initial findings
and recommendations of the review team which was presented to
MAFFM Director and Management team after the field work was
completed
- Contributed to the writing of the draft report, which was
submitted to AusAID.
