To ascertain the views of staff
currently working in the relevant Government agencies in Samoa which are
implementing Institutional Strengthening Projects (ISP) in a form that
will be useful input into the current review of Institutional
Strengthening Projects in Samoa |

Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by
your company
The purpose of the survey was
specifically to measure the views of staff at a range of levels within
government on the outcomes and impact of public sector reform generally
and ISP projects specifically. The survey manager also provided the
following:
- Managed the survey process and survey team to collect data to
support the main review report
- Selection of interviewees per department
- Setting up of tables and excel sheets for tabulation and analysis of
data
- Collection of data
- Analysis of raw data for submission in a report form for inclusion
in main report
