Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
A decision was made at the 10th SPREP Meeting to extend the
period of the SPREP Corporate plan to cover four year periods to be
identical to the Action Plan timeframe. In developing the the
Corporate Plan, the Secretariat saw the importance and benefits of
utilising information and materials collected and obtained during
the Action Plan consultative process, hence, the principal objective
of this consultancy was to develop and produce a new Corporate Plan
2001-2004 for the SPREP Secretariat based on the proposed Action
Plan 2001-2004. |
